Snack Innovations is a growing consumer packaged goods company and the maker of Drizzilicious, sold at major retailers. We’re implementing Odoo to bring inventory, order management, finance and logistics into one connected system.
About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, hands-on ERP Support Specialist to help our team through implementation and beyond.
During the rollout, you’ll coordinate tasks, document business processes, support testing and help employees learn the system. After go-live, you’ll become a key resource for everyday Odoo questions, troubleshooting and improvements.
This new position initially reports to our Project Manager and works closely with IT, business teams and Odoo’s implementation team. The position works onsite in Piscataway, NJ.
What You’ll Do
During implementation:
• Maintain project plans, tracking tasks, owners, deadlines and milestones.
• Follow up on open issues and coordinate work across sales, operations, warehouse, finance and the implementation team.
• Document business processes and system requirements, and assist with system setup.
• Prepare test scenarios, coordinate user testing and track issues through resolution.
• Organize check-ins, capture decisions and provide clear project updates.
• Create practical training guides and help employees prepare for go-live.
After go-live:
• Serve as a first point of contact for Odoo questions and support requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with IT, vendors and Odoo support.
• Set up users and manage system access and permissions.
• Keep training materials, troubleshooting guides and system documentation current.
• Help test updates, new features and process improvements.
• Identify recurring issues and help address their underlying causes.
What You’ll Bring
• About 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, IT support, operations or a related role. Comparable hands-on experience is welcome.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system such as Odoo, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics or another platform. Direct Odoo experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience supporting users and troubleshooting system or application issues.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Excel, Smartsheet, Asana or similar project-tracking tools.
• Clear communication and patience when helping colleagues learn new processes.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
